We only hold the details you choose to give us through a form. We share them only with your consent, for the purpose you agreed to, and we keep them no longer than 12 months. This notice explains what we collect and the rights you have.

What we collect

  • Form details. When you ask for a report, request quotes, join the launch list or contact us, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone and the tool inputs you chose to include.
  • Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the guide is used. Nothing is set before you choose, and rejecting is one click.

How your details are handled

Forms on this site are delivered to us by email through a form-processing service, FormSubmit. We use your details only for the purpose you agreed to. If you request installer quotes, we introduce you to up to three MCS-certified installers, and only then. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to a specific lender.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead details for no longer than 12 months, then delete them. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any updates at any time. To make a request, use the form below.
