Who will offer the Warm Homes Loan?

The lender application window closed on 17 July 2026. The lenders taking part are expected to be named publicly when the scheme opens, expected September 2026. When they are, you will apply through them directly. This site does not lend, rank lenders or arrange the loan.
Why there is no list yet
Publishing a list of lenders before the scheme opens would be guesswork, and guesswork is exactly what scammers rely on. We will add the confirmed lenders here once they are announced through official channels, each with a source link.
When the time comes, we will not tell you which lender to choose. Comparing named credit agreements is regulated activity, and this site signposts and informs rather than advises. We will point you to the official list and leave the choice with you and the lender.
Join the launch list and we will email you when lenders are named and applications open. That is the fastest way to be ready without watching for updates yourself.
